Team Workshops

These workshops are designed to provide participants with the opportunity to increase their awareness of mental health and the impact mental health has in the workplace by developing insight and applicable strategies they can implement. Additionally, I will challenge existing stereotypes of mental illness and explore how participants could better support their colleagues who are struggling with mental health issues. Participants will have an opportunity to consider their current mental health and strategies to ensure continued health and well-being in their current context.

  • Signature workshops are designed for groups of 8-15 people, but we can arrange for larger groups for a custom rate.

  • Signature workshops last about an hour and can even be coordinated with a team lunch break or in place of a morning meeting.

  • Through the use of structured presentations, group discussions, and interactions, sessions are dynamic and engaging.
